Consisting of a combination of a few modalities, a 60-minute bodywork session generally includes Swedish & Deep Tissue massage strokes, passive stretching and the addition of another modality or two, depending on the client’s need and plan of the therapist.

A mailed or emailed gift certificate for a customized bodywork session.

Depending on the therapist with whom you are working, these bodywork sessions can include the following modalities:
Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Sports Massage techniques, Prenatal Massage, Lomi Lomi Massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Reiki, or Healing Hands, depending on the therapist with whom you are working.
