90-minute Bodywork Session

Consisting of a combination of modalities, a 90-minute bodywork session includes Swedish & Deep Tissue massage strokes, passive stretching with significantly more time to help release muscle tension, bound fascia, or even more focus on specific areas, depending on the client’s need and plan of the therapist.  If you are looking to take a massage session to the next level, increasing your session length to 90 minutes will take it there.

Depending on the therapist with whom you are working, these bodywork sessions can include the following modalities:
Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Sports Massage techniques, Prenatal Massage, Lomi Lomi Massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Reiki, or Healing Hands, depending on the therapist with whom you are working.
