I am a Nationally Certified & Maryland State Licensed Massage Therapist. I received my Associate of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy, which includes 795 hours of training at the Community College of Baltimore County. I currently specialize in Swedish massage and Deep Tissue Bodywork.
I have been practicing massage since 2008. I am currently working on her COMT (Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy) certification and am looking forward to offering these specialized skills to my clients.
I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness and incorporate these beliefs into my massage therapy work. I believe that massage is an essential component of good health and a balanced mind.
