I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki, and Sound Meditation Practitioner.
My passion for the field of health and wellness developed during my childhood career of training as an elite-level gymnast. Specializing in sports massage, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rutgers University Athletics and US Open tennis players.
I use an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for each session. Through compassionate and careful listening I address both physical and energetic restrictions with deep tissue, cupping therapy, myofascial release, Reiki, and sound healing. My goal with every client is to bring the mind, body, and spirit to a healthy, balanced state.
