Reiki

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a system of enlightenment  and a Hands on Healing art developed in the early 1900s. As a form of hands-on healing, a practitioner places their hands on different parts of the client’s body, generally following the seven main chakra centers in the body and the arms and legs. If there are particular issues of concern on the part of the client, more time is spent in that area.

Reiki practitioners are a vehicle for healing energy to flow through them allowing that energy to enter the client in as much as the clients needs or wants that energy. A full Reiki session lasts one hour but time can be adjusted if the client requests it.

Hara Line & Grid Repair

The Hara Line is the line of energy that runs through thte core of your body where all of the chakras connect to send and receive the life force energy. It enters into your energetic body through the top of the head into the earth's core.

From stress, trauma, injury, illness and intense energy conditions the Hara line can break, bulge,  crack, puncture, blowout as well as other dynamics being experienced. If this occurs, the healing work that someone is receiving may not take or hold for long periods. By repairing the Hara line, healing can be facilitated on many levels.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Seated Massage

Seated Massage is available by our Massage Therapists who come to your workplace.  Sessions generally last between 10 and 15 minutes and generally cover the neck, shoulders and back.  Occasionally the head, arms and hands are also worked on.

It is performed while the recipient is fully clothed on a massage chair that we provide.

Benefits include reduction in anxiety during stressful working situations; reduction in anxiety at work; reduction in muscle tension and associated pain; helps employees identify tensions and helps them to release it before it becomes a problem; lowered levels of depression the second day and lowered blood pressure (to name a few).

Lymph Drainage Therapy

The often overlooked Lymphatic System plays a huge part in the bodies ability to drain stagnant fluids; regenerate tissues; filter out toxins & foreign substances as well as maintin a healthy immune system.

Between 2 and 4 liters of fluid are processed by the Lymphatic system on a daily basis. In a healthy Lymphatic System, a complex system of lymph vessels and nodes process this fluid which helps to remove the stagnant fluids, bacteria, toxins, and other bad elements that are in the spaces between cells.

The vessels that pump the lymph can be hindered or stopped due to surgery, trauma, burns, infections, substantial swelling, fatigue, stress or even age.

When the lymph flow becomes hindered or stopped, stagnant fluids, bacteria, toxins and other bad elements will remain in the body and could cause illness.

Lymph Drainage Therapy is an original hands-on method of lymphatic drainage developed by Bruno Chikly, MD, DO (hon.). Created out of his research on the lymphatic system, LDT takes traditional lymph drainage techniques and adds a new level of precision in keeping with the latest scientific discoveries and exact anatomical science.

Using gentle maneuvers, a Lymph Drainage Therapist facilitates movement in the lymphatic vessels causing a vacuum effect so that the volume and frequency of lymphatic fluid processed is greatly increased. Using these techniques, a trained therapist is able to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body. From there, they may use their hands to perform Manual Lymphatic mapping of the vessels to assess the overall direction of lymphatic circulation, areas of stagnation, and the best alternate pathways for draining lymph and other bodily fluids.
