Strokes begin with light to moderate pressure. As the tissue warms and loosens, the strokes become deeper to allow for breaking up of congealed fascia and relaxation of muscles. Generally, no oil or lotion is used (with the exception of the occasional neck or arm work). Most work is done through clothing.
Each session concludes with brushing strokes to gently help return you to a more present state.

Pricing is set at $20 per 15 minutes. If scheduling more than 4 hours, we require that each therapist receive one or two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute meal period. These breaks are at no charge.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Personal or Business Checks as payment. If your company requires an invoice it can be provided. Our terms are NET 15. If other arrangements need to be made, please let us know.
